1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for this website, in the sense of Article 4(7) of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR"), is:

We are not required to appoint a data protection officer, and we have not appointed one. Data protection questions go to the address above and are handled by Sandra Ward.

2. What we do not do

It is easier to start with the absences, because they are the substance of this policy:

• No cookies. The site sets none — not analytics cookies, not advertising cookies, not "essential" ones, not a consent cookie.
• No browser storage. Nothing is written to localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. The site's only script contains no storage calls at all.
• No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Matomo, no Plausible, no self-hosted analytics of any kind.
• No advertising pixels or conversion tags. No Meta pixel, no Google Ads tag, no Microsoft UET tag, no affiliate network tracking script.
• No fingerprinting. We do not collect canvas, font, device or any other browser fingerprint, and we do not compute any visitor identifier.
• No third-party requests. No Google Fonts, no CDN, no remote images, no embedded videos, no social widgets. Every file the page loads comes from orviden.online itself.
• No forms. There is no contact form, no newsletter box and no comment section, so there is nothing for you to fill in and nothing for us to receive.
• No profiling and no automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
• We never sell or rent personal data, and we run no advertising network of our own.

Because no information is stored on or read from your device beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the page you asked for, the consent requirement of the ePrivacy Directive (Article 5(3), as implemented in Czech law by Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on electronic communications) is not triggered. That is why you will not see a cookie banner here. The cookie policy explains how to verify this yourself in your browser.

3. What is processed anyway: server logs

Any web server that answers a request necessarily receives the request. Our server writes a standard access log entry containing:

• the IP address of the requesting device;
• the date and time of the request;
• the address requested and the HTTP status returned;
• the number of bytes sent;
• the referring address, if your browser sends one;
• the browser's user-agent string.

An IP address is personal data under the GDPR, so this processing needs a lawful basis and an explanation.

4. If you write to us

If you send an email to info@orviden.online, we process your address, your name if you give one, and whatever you put in the message — for the purpose of answering you. The lawful basis is Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence, or Article 6(1)(b) where your message concerns a step you have asked us to take. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to deal with the matter and to meet any legal retention obligation, then delete it. We do not add anyone to a mailing list: we do not have one.

5. When you follow a partner link

This is the one point at which data leaves our control, so we are explicit about it.

The commercial buttons on this site point to an address on orviden.online (currently /c/1/) which redirects your browser to the seller or to the seller's affiliate network. We set nothing on your device during that step. If the advertising platform that brought you here appended a click identifier to the address you arrived on, our script copies that value from the current address into the outgoing link so the seller can attribute the visit. The value exists only in the URL; it is not stored, not logged separately and not retained by us.

Once your browser has followed that redirect you are on a third party's site. That third party — the seller and its affiliate network — will typically set its own cookies to attribute a sale, and becomes the controller for whatever it then collects. Its privacy policy applies, not ours. We have no access to your purchase, your payment details or your account with that seller. We are told only that a referred sale occurred, in aggregate commission reporting that does not identify you.

Our outgoing links use referrerpolicy="strict-origin-when-cross-origin", meaning the destination is told that you came from https://orviden.online but not which page you were reading.

6. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. Our server is operated in Europe. If you choose to follow a link to a seller established elsewhere, that is your own connection to that company and is governed by its policy, not ours.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data (Article 15), rectification (16), erasure (17), restriction of processing (18), data portability (20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (21). Where processing is based on consent you may withdraw it at any time — although, as this site asks for no consent, there is none to withdraw.

To exercise any of these, write to info@orviden.online or to DALAMIS s.r.o., Prokopka 176/2, Vysočany, 190 00 Praha 9, Czech Republic. We answer within one month, as required by Article 12(3).

A practical caveat, offered honestly rather than as an excuse: because we collect no identifiers, we usually have no way of linking a short-lived server log entry to you as a person. Under Article 11(2) GDPR, where a controller cannot identify a data subject, some rights may not apply. In plain terms — there is generally nothing held here that we could retrieve about you, and we will say so rather than pretend to search.

8. Complaints

If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully you may complain to a supervisory authority, in particular the one in your country of residence, place of work, or where the alleged infringement occurred. Ours is:

9. Children

This site is aimed at adults making a purchasing decision. It is not directed at children, and it collects nothing from anyone, including children.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles data, this policy is updated before the change takes effect and the "last updated" date above changes with it. Should we ever introduce anything that stores information on your device, we would have to ask for your consent first, and this page would say so plainly.
